1. Agreement and store operator

This website is operated by RefriLynx. Throughout the site, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to RefriLynx. By accessing the website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

2. Eligibility and accurate information

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and provide current, complete and accurate account, billing, payment and delivery information. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity under your account.

3. Refrigerant purchaser requirements

Refrigerants intended for stationary refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment may be sold only to purchasers permitted under applicable EPA rules. We may request documentation, hold an order while verification is pending, limit quantities or cancel an order when eligibility cannot be confirmed.

4. Product selection, use and safety

Products must be used only in compatible equipment and handled by appropriately qualified persons. Review the equipment nameplate, manufacturer documentation, cylinder label and safety data sheet before purchase or use. Never mix refrigerants, intentionally vent refrigerant, use a damaged cylinder or perform work beyond your qualifications. Store content is general information and not a substitute for professional technical advice.

5. Orders and acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, payment verification, delivery eligibility and legal compliance. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order, limit quantities or correct pricing, inventory and description errors. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices may change without notice. The price, taxes and any disclosed charges shown at checkout apply to the transaction. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the total displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for additional fees independently charged by a bank or payment provider.

7. Shipping, delivery and risk

Shipping estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. Carrier restrictions, weather, address issues and regulated-material procedures may affect delivery. Our Shipping Policy forms part of these terms. If shipment cannot occur within the stated time, we will provide the options required by applicable law.

8. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Refrigerant cylinders must not be mailed or shipped back without written authorization and approved transport instructions. Cancellation is not guaranteed after processing or shipment begins.

9. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the website or products for an unlawful purpose; provide false purchaser credentials; interfere with site security; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy store content unlawfully; attempt fraud; violate intellectual-property rights; or purchase, handle, transport, release or dispose of refrigerant contrary to law.

10. Intellectual property and third parties

RefriLynx branding, site text, graphics and layout are owned by or licensed to RefriLynx and may not be copied or commercially used without permission. Third-party services and links are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every site description is error-free. Any product warranty expressly provided by a manufacturer remains subject to its stated terms. Nothing here excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RefriLynx will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law and does not limit rights that cannot be waived.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify RefriLynx against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the website or products, violation of these terms, or infringement of another party's rights.

14. Governing law, severability and changes

These terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of Florida, without overriding mandatory consumer protections. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
