Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with RefriLynx, we may collect:

• Name, billing and shipping address, email address and contact details.
• Order details, transaction records and payment-status information. Complete payment-card details are processed by our payment providers rather than stored directly by RefriLynx.
• Customer-account details and support communications.
• Purchaser certification, resale or eligibility information when required for a refrigerant transaction.
• Device type, browser, IP address, cookie identifiers, referring pages and store-usage information.
• Information you voluntarily provide in messages, forms or return requests.

How we use information

We use personal information to process payment and orders; arrange shipping and returns; communicate order updates; provide customer service; verify transactions and purchaser eligibility; detect fraud and abuse; protect the website; keep legally required records; improve products and store performance; and enforce our policies.

We do not send promotional email or SMS messages unless you separately choose to receive them. Transactional messages about an order, account, security issue or support request may still be sent when necessary.

Service providers and disclosures

We may disclose information to Shopify, payment processors, fraud-prevention providers, carriers, fulfillment and hosting providers, analytics services, customer-support tools and professional advisers when reasonably necessary to provide their services.
